GPI Cos. Launches Los Angeles Luxurious Neighborhood – Multifamily Actual Property Information
GPI Cos. has commenced leasing at Nine Thousand One, a mixed-use luxury development featuring 46 apartments in Los Angeles’ West Hollywood neighborhood. Douglas Elliman Realty’s Josh Flagg will be Lead Residential Leasing Agent for the boutique property.
Steinberg Hart in collaboration with WORKPLAYS Studio are the project’s architects, with Colacion Studios in charge of interior design. All property management duties will be handled by Greystar Property Management.
Nine Thousand One features a mix of one- and two-bedroom floorplans, as well as two-story townhomes, all offering between 1,100 and 2,200 square feet, along with private terraces. The five-story property will comprise 10,000 square feet of retail, inclusive of 6,000 square feet of restaurant space. Restaurant Uchi and Pilates studio Solidcore will be located on the building’s ground floor.
Common-area amenities include a fitness center, pool, park, clubhouse, business center, private lobby with 24/7 concierge service and two-level underground parking. The community will offer in-unit cleaning services, pick-up & delivery dry cleaning and on-demand car washing, among others.

Multifamily construction activity continues to rise in Los Angeles, with the completion of 12,420 units in 2021, which marked a new decade high. In April, Los Angeles had 30,079 units underground, with an additional 150,000 apartments in the planning and permitting stages.
