Goldstein Home creates excellent setting for Tremendous Bowl occasion in LA

LOS ANGELES (KABC) — All eyes will be on Southern California this week Los Angeles hosts Super Bowl 56.

Of course, there will be plenty of parties, but the most lavish one will take place at one of the most popular homes in LA

“This is one of the most storied houses in Los Angeles,” says David Spencer, co-founder of the sports marketing agency Talent Resources Sports.

A mentee of renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, John Lautner designed and built the house in 1959. The current owner, businessman James Goldstein, has owned the house since the 70s and has consistently updated the house to a futuristic, yet modern style of living in 2022.

Fans may have recognized The Sheats-Goldstein House in movies such as “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle,” “The Big Lebowski” and as the set of Doja Cat’s music video “Say So.” And now, it’s going to be home to some of Super Bowl’s biggest parties.

“It’s an embodiment of the Los Angeles lifestyle, with an indoor/outdoor feel. It creates a setting for the most magic to happen,” Spencer said.

In 2018, the house was used for a Bleacher Report event during the NBA All-Star Weekend. For the Super Bowl, there will be events hosted by Bloomberg and Neiman Marcus. Plus, there will be a viewing party on game day.
