LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – A man was shot and killed early Tuesday morning while exiting a driveway in the South Los Angeles neighborhood of Florence.

Around 1 a.m., the victim was pulling out of a driveway on West 74th Street and South Broadway when a suspect opened fire on him, a Los Angeles police spokesman told CBSLA.
The victim, described as a 37-year-old man, died on the scene. His name was not published.
There was no immediate description of the gunman. It is unclear whether the suspect was in a vehicle or on foot. Investigators aren’t sure whether the murder was gang related either.
